This building has been my home for the past 2 days - first yesterday to meet GLA staff to talk through my project and to discuss the timetable for delivery with my project manager Megan. She will be a wonderful guide through the uncharted waters of the next few months. I signed the contract with the GLA to enter into partnership with them tonight whilst also managing to leave a bunch of flowers inside City Hall.
